1. Only in ground pools are permitted in Kildeer.
2. Building Permit Application (contact the Village Office (847-438-6000) for applications)
3. $100.00 deposit required at time of Application submittal (permit fees are based on size and specifications) balance due will be required when permit is picked up.
4. (1 set) Site Plan with proposed pool construction (shown to scale).
5. Lake County Health Department Permit if pool to be located on property with septic.

The Building Commissioner may require additional review by the Village Engineer or other expert consultants. The applicant will be responsible for the payment of said consultant's review fees.

The Village Office will inform the applicant when the approved Building Permit is ready for issuance.
